To the extent that TopTaal's General Provisions and House Rules are not sufficient, we apply the NRTO's General Terms and Conditions.
- General Terms and Conditions for Consumers: These General Terms and Conditions for Consumers of the Trade Association of the Dutch Council for Training and Education (NRTO) were established in consultation with De Consumentenbond in November 2020 and will enter into force no later than 1 September 2021.
