One of the activities during the week of literacy was a Speed date.
Events
Together with the Leren Helpt! Foundation, we organized a speed date between newcomers to IJburg and locals. The goal of this speed date was to find a buddy for the newcomer who could help with taal, but also participate in social activities together. With this activity, we wanted to bring newcomers (refugees) and locals from IJburg closer together.
