Content Advisor / Teacher NT1

Due to the expansion of our activities for the target group of low literate people, we are looking for a Content Advisor / Teacher NT1.

You are doing.

• You are responsible for setting up, updating and supplementing the database of teaching methods / teaching materials and instructions for NT1 teachers. You guide and coach teachers in teaching NT1 curists.
• You innovate and you motivate. You monitor the quality of our teachers by instructing, coaching, observing and giving feedback.
• You are also involved in our courses by taking intakes, teaching and / or testing yourself.

You are.

• You are an expert in the field of the target group NT1 learners, learning materials and new learning technology.

• You have a strong vision of quality language education and the NT1 target group.

• You are flexible and willing to travel within the Netherlands for work if necessary.

You offer.

• You have a pedagogical background and experience as an NT1 teacher. (adult education) and / or teaching material developer and / or writer of teaching methods.

• You are digitally skilled.
