Training advisor

You are doing.

As a training advisor you build (further) on a good network with government agencies, subsidy providers and (organizations of) companies and you represent TopTaal at meetings and fairs. Based on your knowledge and expertise, you identify and translate new developments into TopTaal's training offer.

You focus broadly on the realization of training programs: from introduction to quotation, from monitoring to evaluation and reporting. You are the point of contact for both the customer and the project leaders within TopTaal who organize the training courses. You have an eye for quality and efficiency.

You are.

With your advisory qualities and a sense of commerce, you feel like a fish in the water in the market for NT1 and NT2 courses. You are a professional discussion partner who properly identifies the question of a (potential) client and translates it into a suitable solution. You are a networker pur sang who maintains long-term relationships in an authentic way and achieves results.

You offer.

• Approximately 3-5 years of work experience in a similar network position.
